Oggi voglio parlarvi dei miei teashades Ray ban. Qualche giorno fa frugando tra le cose vecchie, ho scovato questi occhiali di mio padre che indossava più o meno alla mia età.

Today I want to talk about my teashades Ray ban. Some day ago I was rummaging in drawers and I found my father’s old sunglasses, he worn it when he was twenty.
I “teashades” sono questi particolari occhiali dalla forma tonda molto di moda negli anni ’60. Venivano anche chiamati “John Lennon Sunglasses”, erano indossati soprattutto per ragioni estetiche più che per difesa dai raggi solari! E venivano indossati dalle icone Pop come Mick Jagger, Roger Daltrey, John Lennon, Jerry Garcia, Boy George, Liam Gallagher e Ozzy Osbourne.
Divennero famosi alla fine degli anni 60 e furono fatti in modelli diversi e più particolari, con le lenti colorate o a specchio.
The “teashades” are these particular sunglasses with perfectly round lenses famous in the 60s. They were also called John Lennon Sunglasses, often worn for purely aesthetic reasons! All pop icons worn them, Mick Jagger, Roger Daltrey, John Lennon, Jerry Garcia, Boy George, Liam Gallagher and Ozzy Osbourne.
They became famous and they were often elaborated, lenses were colored and mirrored.
Recentemente sono molto utilizzati da Mary-Kate Olsen e Lady Gaga.
