Eccomi, purtroppo, già tornata a postare le foto da casa! Le vacanze sono volate via davvero rapidamente.. e poi sì, passato ferragosto si comincia già a pensare ad un nuovo anno accademico che sta per arrivare!
Le foto della Sicilia però, non sono finite e condividendole con voi mi sembra di tornare un pò alle mie giornate in spiaggia!
Le foto di oggi sono quelle scattate durante la nostra visita all’ “Isola delle Correnti“, chiamata così perchè è il luogo dove si incontrano il Mar Ionio ed il Mar Mediterraneo. La caratteristica isola si raggiunge da un sentiero sconnesso di rocce e scogli (dove per altro sono affondata facendo immergere la mia borsa con i cellulari di tutti i miei amici, fotocamera, portafogli e qualsiasi altra cosa possa venirvi in mente! – per la cronaca il mio cellulare dopo quest’immersione non ha più dato cenni di vita!-)
Here I am, unfortunately,I’m already post the photos from home! The holidays have flown away really quickly .. then yes,after mid-August is already beginning to think thst a new academic year is coming!
Pictures of Sicily, however, are not finished, sharing them seems to me a while to get back to my days at the beach!
Today’s pictures were taken during our visit to ‘“Currents’ Island“, so called because it is the place where the Ionian Sea meet the Mediterranean Sea. The characteristic island is reached by a bumpy path of rocks (where I sunk with my bag and with all my friends phones, camera, wallet and anything else you can think! – For the record, my phone after this dive had not show signs of life! -)
Ivan e Dom hanno approfittato facendo il percorso a nuoto, armati di mascherone, boccaglio e pinne mi hanno parlato poi dello splendido fondale che circonda l’isola, beh per le prossime vacanze ci armeremo anche di fotocamera digitale subacquea!
Ivan and Dom armed with mask, snorkel and fins, they went to the island swimming and then thry told me about the beautiful waters that surround the island, well for the next holiday we also buy an underwater digital camera!
Nella foto sopra potete notare il sentiero che porta dalla “terra ferma” (parliamo comunque della Sicilia!) all’Isola delle Correnti.
Sull’isola c’è una vecchia struttura militare in disuso, un suggestivo faro e delle casette in pietra, abbandonate, ed è qui tra pietre, vecchie rovine e rocce che abbiamo scattato davvero tantissime foto!
In the photo above you can see the path that leads from the “mainland“ (still speaking of Sicily!) On the Island of Currents.
On the island there is an old disused military facility, a picturesque lighthouse and the stone houses, abandoned, and it is here with stones, old ruins and rocks that we took many pictures!
(P.S. Da notare in alcune foto le mie scarpette rosa da scogli, unica calzatura comoda per poter attraversare “comodamente” il sentiero scoglioso fino all’isola!)
(PS It should be noted in some photos my pink shoes, the only comfortable shoes to go “well“ across rocky path to the island!)
